Only 12 places are available so everyone has time to practice and receive personal guidance.

You know what you want to say. Now make sure people can hear you in it.

You may have valuable ideas, years of experience, and a message that matters—yet still feel that something gets lost when you speak.

Perhaps your voice sounds less confident than you feel. You become overly careful, rush through your ideas, or struggle to hold the room. You may tell a story that has all the right details but never quite lands.

That does not mean you need to become louder, more polished, or more theatrical.

You need the practical skills to communicate with trust, warmth, and clarity—and a place where you can practice bringing those skills together.

That is what Command the Room Elevation is designed to give you.

By the end of four weeks, you will be better able to…

  •        Speak with a voice that feels grounded, credible, and true to you

  •    Use stories to make your message clearer and more memorable

  • Bring voice, body language, and content together without overthinking each piece

  • Respond to an audience with greater ease and confidence

  • Apply the skills to meetings, presentations, interviews, networking, teaching, or the stage

Four weeks. Four essential speaking skills.

Week 1 — A Voice You Can Trust

Discover how to create a voice that sounds steady, clear, and credible without pushing or pretending. You’ll begin replacing habits that weaken your message with vocal choices that support it.

You’ll work on: breath, vocal connection, clarity, pace, and sounding like yourself when the pressure is on.

Week 2 — Positive Presence

Learn what your audience sees and feels before they absorb your words. You’ll use posture, movement, facial expression, and focus to create openness, authority, and connection.

You’ll work on: entering the space, grounded body language, eye contact, energy, and making a strong first impression.

Week 3 — Storytelling That Connects

Turn experiences into concise, meaningful stories that give your ideas life. You’ll learn how to choose the right moment, shape it, and connect it to the message you want people to remember.

You’ll work on: story selection, structure, detail, emotional connection, and a clear takeaway.

Week 4 — Put It All Together

Bring your voice, presence, and story into one integrated speaking experience. You’ll practice, receive guidance, refine your delivery, and leave with a repeatable way to prepare for future speaking opportunities.

You’ll work on: integration, rehearsal, audience connection, useful feedback, and your next real-world speaking moment.

WHY THE GROUP IS SMALL

This is a class, not a webinar.

You will not spend four weeks watching someone talk about speaking.

You will learn, try the skill, receive supportive guidance, and try it again. With no more than 12 participants, there is room for individual attention and the kind of practice that creates real change.

The atmosphere will be lively, encouraging, and practical. You do not have to arrive feeling confident. You only need to be willing to participate.

Learn → Practice → Receive Guidance → Integrate

FAQ

Is this only for professional speakers?

No. The skills apply whenever you need people to listen, understand, and trust you—from a team meeting or client conversation to a presentation or stage.

Do I need to feel confident before I join?

Absolutely not. Confidence is something we build through practical success. The class is designed to help you develop it, not require it at the door.

Will I have to speak in front of the group?

Yes, in manageable and supportive exercises. Speaking is a physical skill, so practice is an important part of the experience. You will never be expected to be perfect.

Is the class recorded?

Yes. Each class will be recorded, and registered participants will receive access to the recordings.

How long is each weekly session?

Each live Zoom class is 75 minutes.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations are subject to a $75 administrative fee. Please email [email protected] if you need to cancel your registration.

Your voice, your presence, and your stories are already yours.

This class will help you use them together—so that when you speak, people do more than hear your words. They understand you, connect with you, and trust what you have to say.

Join a small group of committed speakers for four weeks of practical learning, personal guidance, and real progress.

The goal is not to perform a version of confidence. It is to communicate in a way that allows other people to trust you—and allows you to trust yourself.
